There is a lot of food in this photo. But with most raw fruits and vegetables you can eat as much as you care for. This is the beauty of this way of eating. Eat until you have had enough!
Freshly squeezed orange juice
Salad: Tomatoes and lettuce with OJ walnut dressing (OJ blended with six walnuts). Almonds also work well too :)
