Sometimes you gotta use what you got...
The bowl: cucumber noodles (seen in photograph) or zucchini noodles (aka zoodles!). I prefer to use zucchinis as cucumbers can be a little too wet. Yellow pepper, thinly sliced.
The sauce: 1 papaya, 2 limes. Toss into a blender and blend.
Pour sauce into the bowl. Enjoy :)
